Merge playlists and remove duplicates
Besides syncing, Trackhop’s Tools tidy the playlists you already have, on the service they live on.
Merge, split, sort, shuffle
Tools → New playlist from…: pick one or more playlists and make a new one from them: merged (optionally keeping one copy of each song), split into parts of the size you choose, sorted (by artist, title, album, year, date added or length, or reversed) or shuffled. The originals are not touched.
Remove duplicates
Tools → Remove duplicates finds the songs that appear twice in a playlist (the same track, the same ISRC, or the same title and artists), while a live or remixed version stays a song of its own, and removes the extra copies after you check the list.
And more
- Repeats across playlists: the songs that sit in several playlists, and liked songs in none.
- Unplayable tracks: the greyed-out ones, with a playable version to swap in.
